Render Queue Monitor
Monitor DaVinci Resolve Studio render queues from a phone, tablet, laptop, or workstation on your local network. Run Render Queue Monitor on the Resolve workstation, open its browser interface, and follow live progress and ETA or start and stop renders without staying at the workstation.
Your render queue, anywhere on your local network
Render Queue Monitor runs as a macOS menu bar or Windows tray application on the workstation running DaVinci Resolve Studio. It serves a responsive local browser interface so another device on the same network can monitor the queue and control renders.

See job status, progress, estimated time remaining, project and timeline information, output location, and available video and audio render details.
Render controls
Select queued jobs and start them, start the full queue, or stop the active render directly from the browser interface.
Works in your browser
Open the interface in Safari or another browser from a phone, tablet, laptop, or workstation on the same local network. On iPhone or iPad, Safari can add it to the Home Screen as a shortcut.
Approved browser access
Authorize a browser with an access code and device name. Approved browsers stay authorized across app restarts and can be revoked individually from the desktop app.

Render Queue Monitor helps editors, colorists, DITs, and finishing artists step away from a long render without losing sight of the queue. Check progress from elsewhere on the same local network and return when Resolve needs direct attention.
How it works
- Install Render Queue Monitor on the Mac or Windows x64 workstation running DaVinci Resolve Studio.
- Open DaVinci Resolve Studio 21.1 or later, open a project, and launch Render Queue Monitor.
- Choose Browser Access → Show Address and Access Code from the Render Queue Monitor menu.
- On a phone, tablet, laptop, or another workstation on the same local network, open the displayed address in a browser and enter the access code and a name for that browser.
- Monitor the queue and use the available render controls. Approved browsers remain authorized until they are revoked or their site data is cleared.
- Use Browser Access → Approved Devices to revoke one browser, or Change Access Code to revoke every approved browser and require the new code.
Requirements
Render Queue Monitor requires DaVinci Resolve Studio 21.1 or later and an open project on a compatible macOS or Windows x64 workstation. The browser device must be on the same local network as the workstation. Browser access uses local HTTP without certificate setup, so use Render Queue Monitor only on a network you trust. DaVinci Resolve Studio 21.1 or later is required.
