Render Queue Monitor License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your download and use of Render Queue Monitor (“Software”), provided by CutPoint Labs LLC.

By clicking “I Agree & Download”, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to the following terms.

1. License

CutPoint Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Render Queue Monitor for your personal or internal business use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software.
• Distribute copies of the Software to third parties without written permission from CutPoint Labs LLC.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices included with the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Software’s source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

3. Ownership

Render Queue Monitor is licensed, not sold. CutPoint Labs LLC retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights associated with it. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software or its underlying code to you.

4. Updates and Changes

CutPoint Labs LLC may provide updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new versions of the Software from time to time. CutPoint Labs LLC is not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or technical support unless separately agreed.

5. No Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CutPoint Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You are responsible for determining whether the Software is suitable for your workflow and for maintaining appropriate backups of your files and projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CutPoint Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, including loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, or interruption of production.

7. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you materially violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete any copies in your possession or control.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the agreement between you and CutPoint Labs LLC concerning your use of Render Queue Monitor and supersedes any prior discussions or representations concerning the Software license.
